We dispatch orders within 48 working hours.

Our Delivery time is 4-8 working days for pan India.

The timelines are approximate values and can vary depending on a lot of unforeseen factors.

The time can vary due to unforeseen circumstances like flood, bad weather conditions, strikes etc. Kindly track the orderwith the details provided.

No return, refund or replacement would be entertained for this reason.

We may ship the parcel in parts (different shipments) in case the items are not available at our base location and are present in our warehouse.
CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, Orders once placed will not be cancelled for any reason.

Even if the order is shipped/not shipped at the time you mailed us for the cancellation request, cancellation will not be entertained.

Any Changes to details need to be provided to us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped we will not be able to change any details.

In case the details provided by the customer are incorrect and the parcel is returned (Wrong phone number/address/pincode). We will reship the parcel when it returns back to us. Reshipping and Return charges have to be borne by the customer for the same.

In case a parcel is retuned to us for any of the above reasons, the order cannot be cancelled. We will reship that parcel only post receiving the shipping and return charges. The address can be changed to a new location too in this instance.
